JEFF STAUDENMAYER is a Member of Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. Mr. Staudenmayer joined the firm in 2011. He represents a variety of clients across a diverse range of issues and claims. His representation includes the defense of workers’ compensation cases, as well as litigating subrogation claims and consulting on employment law issues. His practice also includes health care law matters, contractual disputes, Federal civil rights cases, premises liability cases, personal injury defense cases, and appeals. Mr. Staudenmayer also specializes in benefits claims under the Federal Black Lung Benefits Act. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Staudenmayer worked for a defense firm in Dallas, Texas, focusing his practice on personal injury, employment law, and construction litigation.
Mr. Staudenmayer regularly provides CLE instruction and presentations to employers and insurers on issues relating to workers’ compensation and subrogation law. He was previously an adjunct professor of workers’ compensation law at the University of Colorado Law School.
Mr. Staudenmayer was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and he has also lived in Illinois and Texas before he and his family found their permanent home in Colorado.
