Taylor Feero is a Senior Associate admitted to practice in Colorado and Nevada. Mr. Feero focuses on workers’ compensation defense and complex litigation, representing employers and insurance carriers in high-exposure matters. With a track record of securing favorable outcomes, he has consistently prevailed in contested hearings on critical issues, including permanent total disability claims, compensability disputes, and statutory penalties. He serves as a lead negotiator in high-stakes mediation and settlement conferences, where he aggressively asserts his clients’ interests to achieve cost-effective resolutions in matters involving substantial financial risk. Mr. Feero currently serves as the Young Lawyer Representative for the Colorado Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section.
Mr. Feero served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Shelley I. Gilman in the Second Judicial District. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as an Editor of the Denver Law Review. Before his legal career, Mr. Feero served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Sichuan, China.
Outside of the office, Mr. Feero enjoys running, cooking, reading, and spending time with his fiancée and their pets while exploring the mountains of Colorado.
