Katherine (“Katie”) Pratt focuses her practice on the defense of employment, civil rights, and personal injury disputes from inception through appeal. Katie has over 20 years of experience defending both private and public employers in a wide variety of Title VII suits, ADA cases, matters arising under federal and state statutes, as well as cases arising under the United States Constitution and the Colorado Constitution. In addition to her civil litigation practice, Katie regularly advises employers regarding compliance with State and Federal employment laws. She also provides advice to employers regarding all types of employment disputes, disciplinary proceedings, and separation agreements.
