Brandon Ward is an Attorney at Ruegsegger Simons & Stern, LLC. His practice is focused on litigating Workers’ Compensation claims in Colorado. Prior to joining the firm, he spent several years litigating federal workers’ compensation claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act for injuries incurred in service on military installations around the world. In Colorado, Mr. Ward has also represented clients in employment and civil rights issues. Mr. Ward is a drilling Army Reservist with over 20 years of service, including three deployments to the Middle East and a four-year tour of duty in Germany.
Mr. Ward was born in Japan and grew up in a military family in several places across the United States. Now, along with his wife of fifteen years, four children, and a labrador retriever named Otto, he spends as much time in the Colorado mountains as possible.
